One Color Special Ink Details:
• Any ink color on light shirts: True one color printing! No white underbase needed. Colors print directly onto the fabric and stay vibrant without any extra layers or screens. This makes light tees (white, ash, pastels, creams, light gray, etc.) perfect for this one color special.
• White ink on dark shirts: No problem! We use a double-pass technique for bright, opaque white with just one screen.
• Other colors on dark shirts: Lighter/brighter inks (yellow, red, light blue, etc.) require a white underbase layer to stay vibrant – this counts as a 2-color print and is not valid for this sale.

As long as the color doesn’t require an underbase, yes, you can choose from any of the 15 stock colors listed above.
No, we exclusively use Gildan G500 Heavy Cotton t-shirts for the One Color Special.
Yes! Please note, not all colors are 100% cotton. Some are polyester/cotton blends (i.e., antique & heather colors)
No. While you can select multiple t-shirt colors, you cannot select multiple ink colors. One Color Special = one ink color.
Adult sizes: Full front and full back designs – up to 12 inches wide and 14 inches tall. Left chest prints – we recommend up to 5 inches wide x 5 inches tall.
Youth sizes: Full front and full back designs – up to 10 inches wide and 12 inches tall. Left chest prints – we recommend up to 4 inches wide x 4 inches tall.
For orders with both Youth and Adult sizes, maximum image size is 10 inches wide and 12 inches tall.
